The Ten Best US States to Visit
This is a list of the ten best US states to visit based solely on each
state's tourist attractions, & tourism viability.
10. North Carolina
Home to a beautiful coastline filled with charming seaside towns, as well as
a beautiful interior with cities such as Chapel Hill. With all of these North
Carolina is not short on tourist attractions, however the state's most famed
tourist attractions is the Blue Ridge Parkway winding through spectacular
mountain and valley vistas, quiet pastoral scenes, sparkling waterfalls, and
colorful flowers and foliage displays as it extends through the Blue Ridge
mountain range.
9. Maine
Home to one of the world's most beautiful coastlines, famed for its
amazing lobster dishes, & romantic bed & breakfasts. A trip to Maine will
captivate you with its breathtaking vistas, craggy shorelines, granite-capped
mountains, crystal lakes, & old growth forests.
8. Maryland
A beautiful state home to Washington DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, a beautiful
coastline, the Chesapeake Bay, & the Potomac River. You can't beat Maryland if
you want to see historic sights, & some of the east coast's best nature
settings.
7. Arizona
The Grand Canyon... 'nough said.
6. New York
The Catskills, Niagara Falls, & New York City! This state is sightseeing
central for some of America's best natural as well as city scenes.

If it weren't for Las Vegas there wouldn't be much to this state, however
Las Vegas is enough. There is definitely depth to the attractions which make Las
Vegas one of the world's most visited cities.

"The Last Frontier", with a tagline like that who wouldn't want to visit?
Home to one of the world's most impressive mountain ranges, extensive wildlife,
and beautiful coastal settings, Alaska offers everything for the nature
enthusiast.
3. Hawaii
Beautiful islands dense with lush rainforests, beautiful tropical beaches,
waterfalls, & volcanoes! Sure even though the latter doesn't seem welcoming,
Hawaii's volcanic activity adds even more to this beautiful tourist destination,
making it one of the world's best destinations for everyone who likes beauty.
2. Florida
South Beach combined with Disney World equals AWESOME. And to think they're both
in the same state too, add the nature of the Everglades, & the tropics of the
Keys to the mix, & you have one amazing place to visit.
1. California
The epicenter of Western civilization, California is the home to everything
that's cool, everything you see on your TV screen, & everything you here in your
headphones. Sure maybe I'm exaggerating but there is no denying California's
impact on Western culture. From L.A. to San Francisco, this state has it going
on.
