Surrounded by crystal clear seas and rimmed with soft sandy beaches, Siloinak Island is an award-winning ecoresort and and true natural paradise in the Mentawai Chain near Sumatra. The cost of renting the island varies- it is available both as a full-rental and on a per-person basis. The basic rate without activities is US $100 per day, and $150 per day including surfing, which includes a guide and speed boat for the full day.

The entire island is available for USD $1500 per day for up to 12 guests (5-day minimum) with a $50 additional charge per day for guests numbering above 12. Our prices include : A welcoming drink. 3 meals per day, asian or western food. 12 bungalows 2 beds each. All surfing and trekking guided activities. The use of the electronic equipment of the resort, including internet.

Our prices do not include : Mentawai Tourism Taxes : 5 USD per day per person, transportation to and from the island, alcoholic beverages, massages services, satellite phone, extra food like imported meat, lobster, crab.

No sandflies or mosquitoes will disturb your experience of the island, as you surf, fish, explore the jungle or just relax on the powdery white beaches. Snorkeling, sea kayaking and other water activities are also available. The island has a stunning lagoon with tropical fish, and beautiful flora can be enjoyed in untouched areas of the property (including 420 palm trees) and there are 7200ft of soft sand beaches.

The island has a maximum occupancy of 20 guests, and there are 10 staff members to help you enjoy your visit to the fullest. 12 bungalows are scattered around the island to provide the ultimate in privacy, connected via a central pathway that leads to the island's restaurant. The buildings are constructed in traditional Mentawai fashion with rich local hardwoods and elegant furnishings. In terms of amenities, the island has audio and video conferencing equipment, 140-channel satellite TV, internet and phones. Virtually every comfort of civilization can be had in these paradisical surroundings.

The Mentawai Archipelago is composed of 70 islands located off of the West Coast of Sumatra, and 3km from Siberut, the largest island in the chain. The resort itself is located within a larger Marine Protected Zone, giving the island and surroundings an unspoiled quality. An airport on the mainland is accessible three times a week from Rokot, the Mentawai airport, and it is two hours by speedboat to Siloinak Island from Rokot.
