Sipadan and Sipadan-Kapalai Resort are able to provide the adventurous diver
with the experience of a lifetime. Sipadan and Sipadan-Kapalai (often referred
to as Kapalai) are separated a few minutes by boat.
Kapalai (the resort) sits on sturdy stilts on the shallow sandbanks
of the Ligitan Reefs. The resort was planned and built as an airy,
comfortable, sunny water village with no land in sight. The resort
boasts a mile-long sandbank of powdery, blindingly white sand, where one
can suntan at complete leisure.
The resort offers great food, roomy and elegant twin-sharing wooden chalets
with large private balconies and attached bathrooms. Other accommodation offers
views of thousands of fish just a few inches away.
At the Resort, meals are served in the terraced, open central structure. On a
big western sundeck, divers can have an evening drink or an after-dive chat,
with the background of a fabulous tropical sunset.
Diving at Kapalai is exceedingly easy; the sandy bottom and the spare coral
heads host an amazing array of small, often unnamed, colourful subjects, making
the diving an unforgettable experience for any discerning diver. The resort
offers three dives a day plus, if requested, day trips at Sipadan.
Sipadan is a private island that is frequented by those staying at Kapalai.
Sipadan is a small tropical island rising from a 700-metre abyss in the Celebes
Sea. It is a protected oasis whereby visitors from Kapalai can explore what is
consider to be one of the top 5 diving destinations in the world which lies just
minutes by speedboat from the island. Dive among barracudas, hammerhead sharks,
millions of technicoloured reef fish and, above all, sea turtles swimming
everywhere.

- Meet and land transfer from Tawau Airport to Private Jetty at Semporna (75
mins) & return transfer.
- Boat transfer to Kapalai Island.
- Accommodation on a twin/triple sharing basis on the Resort.
- 3 boat dives daily except on arrival and departure days and unlimited
dives in front of resort.
- 2 morning dives to Sipadan dive sites and return to Kapalai for lunch.
Afternoon diving around Kapalai and Mabul.
- Fresh Food Cooked by our Chef, buffet style.
- Afternoon snacks served after 3rd dive. Tea/Coffee, Cold Water and Cordial
served thru out the day.
- Tanks, Weight and Belt are provided during the dives.
- Night dives in front of dive centre with a buddy are included if you are
an Advanced diver.
- Limited dive gear is available for rental.
- Permit fee is included to enter Sipadan
