Private retreat in Ibiza Tagomago is one of the very few private islands in the Mediterranean, which can be rented either as a family holiday resort or also as a unique location for business events. Location: Tagomago is only one mile from the coastline of Ibiza. It can also be easily reached from Pou des Lleó or from the popular harbour of Santa Eulalia. Ibiza town is only 30 minutes by car from the mainland opposite the island.
Accommodation: The large villa in typical Ibizian style with spacious living and dining areas and terraces on all sides ensures comfort and seclusion. Four bedrooms - naturally all with large windows, terraces and magnificent views of the ocean - offer accommodation for eight adults and if necessary also additional children. Also, each room has it's own generous ensuite bathroom. A sauna, large swimming pool, various shaded areas and a bar all add to the wellness feeling on the island. The villa was recently tastefully decorated in true Spanish style with traditional Moorish elements. Satellite TV, mobile phone reception, a portable music system and a small island library are all available. Should you have any specific requests, feel free to approach the housemaid at any time.
Dining: Allow yourself to be pampered by the friendly island staff. We can communicate your menu preferences to the chef before your holiday. Choose to dine indoors in the dining room or outdoors on the terrace. You can settle the costs for food and beverages with the manager before departure.
Activities and Excursions: The impressive topography of the island displays elevations up to 120 metres. All over the island, panoramic views of the ocean and of Ibiza can be enjoyed. A network of enchanting pathways invites you on an adventure tour - for example up to the historical lighthouse. Here you will also find ruins of an old Spanish fort and diverse buildings, which, due to their strategic location, played an important role in marine history. Observe the varied species of birds and discover the romantic hideaways in all corners of the island. The protected cove is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and water sports. Turquoise and steely blue waters flicker under the sun and are popular with diving enthusiasts. The skipper of the island boat is available for transfers and short trips. We are more than happy to arrange the rental of a motor boat or sailing yacht with/without skipper or a rental car for tours around the island of Ibiza.
Best time to travel: June to September is the best time to travel for a sun holiday with water temperatures between 22°C and 25°C. Between May and October, daily temperatures vary between 22°C and 29°C and rain and clouds are rare. However, a smooth crossing is not always guaranteed.
Directions: International flight to Ibiza. Short journey by car and boat transfer from the harbour at Pou des Lleó or from Santa Eulalia to Tagomago.
