 Motu Tetaraire, French Polynesia
Previous Page

In the middle of the South Pacific Ocean, in the Atoll of Rangiroa, Tahiti, lies Motu Tetaraire an island paradise untouched by civilization.

 The Island
Rangiroa is a 9 acre Dream Island unique in that you are the only one on the island during your stay. This privacy allows for the ultimate in relaxation. You will be surrounded by vivid blue water teeming with tropical fish and lush coral reefs, where the palm trees dance in the wind above pristine white sand beaches.

The staff, including your experienced excursion guide, will provide every desired comfort and adventure and do so with traditional Tahitian flair. Here, you will find water so crystal clear the ocean floor is no longer a mystery.

Serendipitous days spent sailing, snorkeling and exploring. Sensuous nights filled with starlit skies and delicious dining. Superb service and gracious amenities provide personal touches that will surprise and delight.

 Accommodations
Casual elegance best describes the main house, built in the typical Tahitian style with wide open beams and no windows so the South Pacific breezes can keep you comfortably cool. The residence is 2,250 sq feet (250 sq. meters) in size and is appointed with tropical flowers and traditional art.

The residence consists of 2 main bedrooms with double beds, a third bedroom with two single beds. 2 baths (complete with all necessary toiletries) and a dining and living room area. A complete kitchen is at the far end of the house where your cook will prepare whatever you desire, whenever you choose. Just discuss with the cook each morning when and what you would like to have prepared.

This tropical delight is designed to be your own private hideaway, but should you feel the pull of civilization there is a state of the art flat screen TV/DVD system with surround sound and an eclectic collection of music and DVD's for your listening and viewing pleasure. Feel free to bring your own favourites as well.

The 765 sq foot (85 sq. meters) Guest Bungalow, built in 2006, offers 1 main bedroom as well as a sectioned-off second bedroom. This separate retreat offers a wet bar, ample storage, and a walk in shower.

Upscale comforts and amenities flawlessly integrate with the serenity of this island paradise. Each house is complemented by a large veranda that invites you to relax and enjoy the incredible, unobstructed views of the fantastic turquoise-colored Rangiroa Lagoon…bathing suits are optional!
