Location

since it has been rented many years by the magazine Caras (People/Hola format)
for celebrities and VIPs’ photo shooting and parties. The complex can
accommodate up to 22 people as it boasts:
•A guest house with a full veranda and five suites (4 with double beds and 1
twin bed).
•Six independent bungalows (each can sleep two people and all are with a/c).
•A beach house with an awesome veranda, a living and dining room, kitchen and
bathrooms, beside a barbecue and a gorgeous sun deck.
•A big pavilion surrounded by a huge veranda and located at the top of the
island with a stunning view of the entire bay and the surrounding islands. It
includes living and dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, a full bar, game room with
a billiard table and it is fully equipped with a TV, vcr, stereo, microphones,
and even a piano.
•Four private little beaches.
•Tennis court (with lights), sauna, soccer field.
•A full permanent staff including a gourmet chef ready to pamper the guests.
•A heliport and a boat available to provide transportation for the guests and
to offer them the opportunity to visit the different islands and beaches or
quickly move to the continent.
The charming colonial village of Paraty and the scenic Ilha Grande (Big
Island) used as the colonial center for pirates who originally settled there,
are among the attractions of the surroundings. The island is very next to the
bigger Ilha de Gipoia, that can be easily reached on foot ( only in case of low
tide ). Here it is possible to rent a stunning villa with 7 suites and 15.000
sq. meters of beautiful garden, owned by the same family and regarded by several
magazines like Inside Out, Casa Vogue, etc .
At Gipoia is located also the Piedade church, one of the most charming
churches of the Bay, painted by several artists and a perfect venue for a very
exclusive wedding. Very close in the continent is situated one of the most
