Brandy Hill Island is a one-acre island paradise located in the Northeast
corner of Connecticut. Minutes away from Putnam - the antique capital of New
England. Scenic roadways abound in CT's quiet corner. The island property offers
a private get-a-way in a natural setting.
The island sits 800 feet offshore and can only be accessed by boat.
Clients must have boating experience. Brandy Hill Island's Mountain
Chalet is a solar and propane powered facility that sleeps 6 persons - 4
adults and 2 children.
The panoramic view of the lake is awesome from the deck of the house. BHI's
private beach allows access to the great swimming and fishing of Quaddick Pond's
lake waters.
The island property comes with a pontoon boat, canoe, paddle boat and private
mainland parking area.
The island's location makes it a perfect venue to explore the heart of
Southern New England's many major attractions: Newport, Mystic Seaport, Cape
Cod, Boston, Sturbridge, Foxwoods Casino, etc.
Brandy Hill Island's Mountain Chalet offers the comfort of home on a very
unique island property. The solar and propane powered facility sits at the
highest point of the island and overlooks a panoramic lake vista. The house has
two private bedrooms on the first floor with queen-size beds for our clients'
comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom are also located
on the first floor.
BHI's scenic 3/4 loft overlooks the first floor living room giving our
clients yet another special area in which to relax.
