Introduction
Peter Pan's 36 holes are divided up into two courses, east and west.
Legend has it that the east course is somewhat easier, but you'll have to
judge for yourself. Every hole offers some kind of obstacle or character
that must be putted through or around and some holes even have multiple
levels.
History
It's 52 years old and still going strong. Nowhere else in Austin can you
shake hands with a 15-foot replica of Peter Pan. Many of the concrete and
fiberglass characters are originals, standing the test of time that a
half-century of weather and errant putters have wrought on them.
Good Times to Go
Friday and Saturday nights are packed, often requiring a 10-minute wait
for clubs. Go in the early afternoon to avoid any kind of rush. Or go
during school hours so you (and the truant school kids) can have the
course to yourselves.
