While traveling through Australia, stay in touch with friends and loved ones by email. It's faster, cheaper and much more reliable than regular mail. It's better communication than the telephone and with no missed calls. The best internet connection in Sydney, with offices in most major and some minor cities is The Global Gossip. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their computers are up to date and the stores are well stocked, so theres very rarely any waiting time. The internet connections are instant and they have shared folders that you can access from any of their computers. Its great to view your photos or files when someone else is using the computer that you saved them on. The touring crew of Travelers Digest used their services exclusively during their ten month stay in Australia and wouldn't consider otherwise.
