Tiger Moth Scenic Flights
Cairns, Queensland, Australia
You’ll
never know the sheer joy of flying until you take a Tiger Moth flight ...
the scenery, the music of the wind in the wires, the sheer exhilaration
and freedom! You’ll agree, it’s the only way to fly.
‘Sensational’,
‘awesome’, ‘pure magic’, ‘no words can describe it.’ That’s how
many passengers describe their Tiger Moth flight, with or without aerobatics.
It’s like flying in slow motion for romantics and for adventure it’s easy
to believe you’re back in the days of World War I’s Red Baron, Out of
Africa or High Road to China.
Enjoy the thrill of open
cockpit flying in a traditional Tiger Moth...
The Tiger Moth, first flown in 1931, is the enduring classic light aircraft.
Designed by de Haviland at the request of the RAF it became the standard
training and pleasure craft in the UK and Australia. Of the 9000 built as a
trainer during World War II few are still flying in countries around the
world. The one-passenger Tiger Moth is legendary for reliability and for
aerobatics, an exciting option for the adventurous.
There’s nothing to
compare with flying a Tiger...
