Answer: Hi Ronald. Basically you have two options for the trip both of which I’ve detailed below:
Taxi: You can take a taxi for around 50 US Dollars one way. Taxis don’t use the meter for long distance trips. So you’ll have to bargain, but taxis generally like taking the long trip to Pattaya.
Bus: You can also take a bus to Pattaya from one of the two main bus stations in Bangkok. One of the stations is Ekamail ( Sukhumvit Road, Soi 63) & there is a bus every 30 minutes to Pattaya for around 100 Baht (last bus 9:30PM). The second station, Northern Bus Terminal (Morchit), is closer to the airport & there is also a bus leaving every 30 minutes for Pattaya (last bus 8PM).
