Answer: I’m going to have to say Koln. The city besides being the most attractive of large cities in the region also is home to almost a hundred thousand students. Bonn isn’t really an option at all, Dusseldorf is a little industrial however the scene might be alright. Dortmund and Essen are on the smaller scale population wise.
