I am needing a hotel in Tokyo near to Roppongi around 3 or 4 star. I have stayed in the APA hotel and i liked this location.
Budget is 20,000 yen maximum but ideally in the 10,000 - 15,000 mark

Good nightlife in Seoul
I was in Seoul recently and I found the district of Hongdae very appealing. While it was a little far from where I was staying (Gangnam), it definitely more than made up for the journey. Hongdae had an eclectic mix of locals & expats, the bars were packed, & the prices were reasonable. I will definitely go back.
