Destination of the month - January 2010

Destination of the month: Cartagena, Colombia. Much of the northern hemisphere is in a serious cold snap at the moment which means it’s a great time to head south towards the equator. Cartagena is located on the Caribbean about a thousand miles north of the equator and has beautiful weather this month with temperatures regularly being in the 80’s or mid-20’s Celsius. Cartagena is sometimes called the ‘Cancun of South America’ and is known for its charming old town and stunning beaches.

Destination of the month - January 2009

Destination of the month: Torres Del Paine National Park, Chile. On the very southern tip of South America lies the extraordinary beauty of Patagonia & nowhere is that more evident than in Torres Del Paine. Considered one of the earth’s most beautiful places the park is home glaciers, alpine lakes, & jagged peaks. It is also the location for one of the world’s premier hotels, Explora’s Salto Chico: http://www.explora.com/patagonia_theplace.php

Apartment rentals in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Name: Gillian

Question: Hi. I’m travelling to Buenos Aires during the summer and I plan to rent an apartment for my stay. I read an article on your website from a company warning visitors not to use Reynolds Properties. I typed “Buenos Aires rental agencies” into the search bar and it popped up in an article from 2004. The company giving the advise offer their help to anyone looking for accommodation in the city. However the name of the company is not in the article. Is it possible for you to send me the name of the company or a contact for them. I would really appreciate finding out the mentioned agencies that they would recommend. Thanks for your help.
