Eustatia Island, only 28 acres, is situated within the pristine coral
reef complex at the northeastern extremity of the British Virgin Island
archipelago.
The privately owned island occupies an enviable Caribbean location between Virgin Gorda and Necker Island. The naturally rocky islet is covered in native cedar trees, cactus, and agave, and encompasses several white sand beaches and an appealing shoreline with tidal pools and outcroppings.
Three private residential compounds are situated on the island. Eustatia Island Retreat comprises two of these: Hilltop Villa and Seaside Villa, which are sensitively built of native stone.
The villas are directly adjacent, and advantageously located on the leeward western shore of the island overlooking Eustatia Sound and Prickly Pear National Park.
Seaside Villa offers accommodations for up to 6 guests in three separate dwellings, including ensuite baths with outdoor showers. All bedrooms overlook the water. Sensitive architecture features open plans, native stone construction with large sheltering roofs. Shutters open wide to splendid views and tropical breezes. The property has two private jetties, shady seaside Bohio, and sunny patios. The sea is only a few steps away!
Hilltop Villa offers accommodations for up to 4 guests in two bedroom suites separated from the living and dining pavilion. Both bedrooms offer cool northern exposure overlooking the sea and adjacent islands. Sensitive architecture features open plans, native stone construction with high sheltering roofs. Shutters open wide to commanding views and tropical breezes. The property has a private jetty, comfortable patios (one with two authentic cannon), and is a short walk from a lovely, secluded beach.
Although the island is secluded, neighboring resorts, restaurants, and amenities are only a short boat ride away.
We offer comfortable, privileged accommodations for up to 10 persons in one or both of our waterfront residential villa compounds. Services include resort amenities found at the finest tropical destinations.
Our hospitable and attentive on-site management team and staff provide for your every need! Daily maid and turndown service is provided.
Superb meals, picnics, and refreshments are prepared to your taste, on your schedule, by our chef. Fine wines and beverage service are included.

We are your Beach Club with access to quiet beaches and private docks, comfortable settings for sunbathing, and effortless access to reef snorkeling and swimming in pristine Caribbean waters. We are your private Yacht Club with a fleet of Boston Whalers, Hobie Cats, sailboards, sea kayaks, and a racing sloop exclusively at your disposal. Our licensed Captain and mate transport you in our fast and commodious motor yachts on sightseeing, snorkeling, and beachcombing expeditions. We can also organize water sports lessons, scuba diving, deep sea or bone fishing, water skiing, and a variety of island excursions. Do as much or as little as you please!
