Description:
L'Oasis, a magnificent new villa at the west end of Baie Rouge Beach,
was completed during the summer of 2000. Rated "Top Deluxe",
it includes a host of features and amenities not found in other villas.
For example; L'Oasis has a fully equipped media room with plush seating,
wide screen TV, satellite, VCR, stereo CD and DVD and a rooftop sun deck
with a double size chaise lounge. The dining table seats ten. The living
room has a mixture of Moroccan, Indonesian and custom wicker furniture,
original artwork and mosaics, full sound system, ceiling fan, walkup bar
with refrigerator and ice maker. A powder room with hand cast glass sink
adjoins the living room. For those who like to stay in shape, there is
an air conditioned gym with a universal weight machine, a tread mill,
and a complete bathroom. When it comes to swimming, guests can choose
from a dip in the sea, or either of the two swimming pools... one is
located by the house and the other is by the beach pavilion. A French
chef to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the basic price
(food is extra).
RECREATION FACILITIES:
The main pool by the house has a very large deck, numerous lounge chairs, a stone table and chairs for pool side dining, umbrellas and full music system.
The beach pavilion pool has built-in chaises, umbrellas and a cocktail table in the shallow end.
The air-conditioned gym includes a massage table, universal weight machine, treadmill, roll-out single bed and full bathroom (The gym can also be used as an extra bedroom for kids)

BEDROOMS:
Each of the five bedrooms includes a private bath, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito net, hair dryer, private safe, phone, TV, VCR and room-to-room intercom.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, indoor and outdoor showers and a private patio.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, private bath with double sinks, indoor and outdoor showers and a private patio.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed, bath with double sinks, bidet, private patio and a spectacular shower with retractable walls of glass to a private courtyard.
Bedroom 4, which is on two levels, has a king bed, huge private bath with double sinks, indoor and outdoor showers, tub, bidet and private patio.
Bedroom 5 has a king bed, huge private bath with dressing area, double sinks, freestanding tub, bidet, huge cliff side double shower. Walls of glass retract to create a true indoor/outdoor experience.
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped including a six-station stove, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, commercial outdoor BBQ, Ceiling fans, great views, custom cabinets and granite countertops.
