The kitchen boasts an island range, sub-zero fridge and separate breakfast bar. The dining room comfortably seats 10 at the table but more people can be entertained by use of the tables and chairs on the patio. The living room space extends onto the patio, as does the dining area, and in addition to an enormous projection TV with Satellite, there is an amp for any guitarist.

The patio offers views of the bay of Cabo San Lucas, which can be enjoyed relaxing by the pool or more energetically on the Stair-Master. To one side of the pool is a built in grill that is perfect for preparing the catch of the day.

There is a bathroom and full laundry room on this main floor.

The main dome is part of the circular stairway that takes you down to the bedrooms. The first has a king sized bed, TV, VCR, ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet that opens into a small room that has an additional double bed. Another floor down is the second bedroom, which has twin double beds as well as its own bathroom, and patio that opens out onto a small garden.

Some more stairs lead down to the master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, TV, telescope, sitting area, patio, and its own bathroom. The last bedroom in the main house is down more stairs and has 2 doubles, its own bathroom and patio. There is a 6th bedroom which shares a bathroom and it has a queen bed in it. The patio leads out to another terrace of the garden, which has both shuffleboard and horseshoes for the competitive.

The villa also has 2 self-contained apartments that are similarly proportioned; each has a kitchen, bathroom, and king-sized bed. Both have air-conditioning, as does the main house.

Daily maid service is included Monday through Saturday.
