Description This
beautiful bastide is located in a very quiet setting on 4 hectares of land
with lots of trees and beautiful views of the Alpilles. The property is a
2 minute drive from Isle sur la Sorgue, famous for its antique market, and
a 20 minute drive from Avignon. There is a swimming pool (11m x 5m, depth
1.90 m) with alarm protection, accessed by a few stairs. There is also an
equipped pool house with shower. A summer kitchen with barbecue is
attached to the small farmhouse and there is a table and chairs for
outdoor dining for 8 people. There is a 190 m2 terrace. The property is
protected by an alarm system and an automatic gate.

m2) Main building: Ground floor: There is an entrance, guest wc, a
living room with fireplace and 2 leather sofas, and a dining room. The
American style kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, and
electric stove. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There is also a covered loggia. 1st floor: There is a master bedroom with king size bed and an
ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. There are two bedrooms with queen
size beds which share a bathroom with shower.
Small farmhouse 50 m away: Ground Floor: There is a living room with a double sofabed and
armchairs, a small equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and vitroceramic
stove. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with
shower, and a wc. There is a link to the pool house. Please Note: A 2nd master bedroom with a king size bed and a
bathroom with shower and WC will be completed on the ground level of the
main house in May 2005. Available
amenities: Air-conditioning in all rooms, TV, hifi stereo, CD player,
barbecue, washing machine, and baby equipment. Maid service is provided 4
hours per week.
