The nearest Metro stops are Pont-Marie and Sully-Morland, about a
five-minute walk from the apartment. Just a little farther away is the
Saint-Paul Metro stop; it offers a direct line to the Louvre, Tuileries,

Description
This
apartment resides in a 17th century “Hotel Particulier,” or townhouse,
built in 1640. Guests enter the property through a wrought iron gate,
which leads to a small, paved courtyard. To ensure guests’ security and
privacy, there is an intercom and an entry code at the entrance to the
building. Once in the building, a spiral stone staircase with wrought-iron
railings leads to the apartment on the second floor. The building is kept
by a custodian who has lived there for 20 years.

1st & Mezzanine Floor (no lift): There is a security entry code into
the building. A wrought-iron gate leads into a private courtyard and the
apartment is accessed via a grand old stone staircase with wrought-iron
railings. 1st fl.: As you enter the apartment there is an entry hall with
separate WC. Then entering into a cozy living room with large marble
fireplace and gilt mirror on top, comfortable furnishings and antiques,
and small sofa. There is a wooden English-style library with desk and
access to a flowery terrace overlooking the Seine equipped with iron table
and chairs. The Kitchen is quite open with an eating area for 2-4, fully
equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
dishwasher and washing machine. There is a loft bedroom overlooking the
living room through a protective wooden banister, with views over the
Seine, queen size bed, plenty of closet space and full length mirror. The
small bathroom is en suite with stand up shower, basin and WC (no tub).
Other amenities include: cable TV, high speed internet access, stereo with
CD player, telephone with answering machine and 2 outlets (kitchen +
bedroom), and on-site caretaker. Airport transfers, chauffeur driven cars,
baby sitters, personal chefs, reservation services for restaurants,
theaters, excursions, day trips etc. are available upon request at an
extra cost. Bookings are accepted up to 5 months in advance.
