Paris apartment is located on the Ile Saint Louis in the heart of Paris.
There are many restaurants, bistros, museums, art galleries, historic
sites, and shops nearby, including the famous Berthillon ice cream parlor.
The nearest Metro stops are Sully Morland and Saint-Paul, just a
five-minute walk from the apartment. The Saint-Paul Metro stop offers a
direct line to the Louvre, Tuileries, Champs Elysées, and the Arc de

building. The building has an intercom and is secured with a keypad entry
system. Once inside, the apartment is accessible via a wooden staircase.

high, wooden-beamed ceilings, wooden floors, and large French windows that
overlook the street and let in lots of natural light. The décor includes
cream-colored fabrics in a fleur-de-lis print, a symbol that is emblematic
of the island. The sitting area is furnished with an antique Napoleon
sofa, antique desk, a dining table, and Louis XVI chairs. A marble
fireplace and a large gilded mirror serve as the focal point of the room.
The American-style kitchen is compact but modern. Behind a large, heavy
curtain there is a cozy bedroom area with a queen-size bed and a
chiffonier for storage. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom area,
has a stall shower, a WC, a towel warmer, and a washing machine/dryer.
