The Paris apartment is located on the Ile Saint Louis in the heart of the city. There are many restaurants, bistros, museums, art galleries, historic sites, and shops nearby, including the famous Berthillon ice cream parlor. The nearest Metro stops are Pont-Marie and Sully-Morland, about a five-minute walk from the apartment. Just a little farther away is the Saint-Paul Metro stop; it offers a direct line to the Louvre, Tuileries, Champs Elysées, and the Arc de Triomphe.

  Exterior Description
This apartment resides in a 17th century “Hotel Particulier,” or townhouse, built in 1640. Guests enter the property through a wrought iron gate, which leads to a small, paved courtyard. To ensure guests’ security and privacy, there is an intercom and an entry code at the entrance to the building. Once in the building, a spiral stone staircase with wrought-iron railings leads to the apartment on the second floor. The building is kept by a custodian who has lived there for 20 years.

 Interior Description
(30m2) There is a sitting area with fireplace, two comfortable armchairs, and a coffee table. The dining area is furnished with a Louis XV table and two chairs. The fully equipped kitchen area includes a freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine/dryer. There is a cable TV (CNN and BBC included), a stereo/CD player, telephone, and answering machine. In the sleeping area there is a queen-size bed. The completely remodeled bathroom features a beige color scheme, marble floors, and antique wooden toilet cabinet. There is a tub and shower. The amenities include: microwave, washing machine/dryer, cable TV, stereo/CD player, telephone, and answering machine. Additional amenities for which there is an extra cost: personal concierge services.
