Description Situated at
the foot of the Penteli Mountains, Rea is an upscale suburb north of
Athens. It is a peaceful residential area with villas, pine trees, and
vast gardens. The apartments are a 15-minute drive from the Kifissia tube
station, and 5 minutes from the Athens-Lamia national road (Varibombi
junction), which is the main axis leading to the Olympic venues in 2004.
Kifissia has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and
designer boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips into Athens, to the
Attica beaches, or just relaxing by the pool. There are supermarkets,
shops, restaurants, and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive. Renovated in
2004, the two independent apartments are located in a converted 3-story
building. They are spacious and tastefully decorated. Both enjoy views of
the nearby Penteli Mountains. The apartments share a large garden (1000m2)
and a swimming pool (8m x 6m). Each apartment has its own lounge area at
the pool with a table and chairs. The use of the pool is forbidden during
the rest hours (14:30 - 17:30 and 22:30 - 07:30). The owner lives in a 2nd
floor apartment in the building. Although neither apartment is equipped
with air conditioning, the suburbs north of Athens enjoys a pleasant
temperature even in August thanks to the moderating influence of the
surrounding mountains and pine forests. A rental car is recommended,
although taxis and public transportation are convenient. Parking is

just a short walk to the sea. Hydrofoils depart daily for Paros from the
main port in Athens.

floor – with elevator. There is a living room with fireplace, a large
dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and 3 spacious
covered verandas (one is equipped with furniture for outdoor dining and
overlooks the pool). There is one double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms,
and two bathrooms with showers. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The
amenities include: central heating, housekeeping (1 visit every 4 days),
TV, CD player, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additional amenities for
which there is an extra cost includes: guided tours, airport/port
transfers, catering, and car rentals.
