Description Located on
the island of Skopelos in the oldest area of the Skopelos Town, Eros House
has been fully renovated. It features charming, traditional décor and
stylish furnishings. The island of Skopelos can be reached by taking a
plane to the island of Skiathos and then by taking a hydrofoil or ferry to
Skopelos town or Alonissos town. Hydrofoils and ferries run several times
a day and transfer services can be arranged by the local property manager
for an extra cost.

Description Ground Floor:
Kitchen/dining room with pine table, small oven with two ring stove,
refrigerator, coffeepot, kettle, and toaster. 1st Floor: Entrance hallway
tiled in slate, a double bedroom with built-in pine closet and antique
chaise lounge covered with lace cushions, marble-tiled bathroom with
tub/shower. 2nd Floor: 1 small bathroom with shower, living room with
sleeping area for 2. Traditional carved furniture and stone fireplace.
Access to 2nd floor terrace (equipped) with views over the town and sea.
Amenities: TV, CD player, iron and ironing board, terrace furniture, maid
service once a week. The Skiathos airport is 40 minutes away by hydrofoil.
The closest tennis court is 2 km away; Stafylos and Velanio beaches (sandy
and shingle mix) are 4 km away; Ag. Constandinos beach (sandy and shingle
mix) is 1.5 km. In the town of Skopelos is an Internet cafe, ATM,
hospital, pharmacy, post office and museum. Extra services available for
an extra cost: Maid service: $12 USD per day; Cook service: $100 USD per
day for 2 meals plus shopping; Babysitter: $10 USD per hour, minimum 4
hours; Cell phone rentals: $20 USD per day/per phone; Grocery delivery:
$15 USD plus shopping costs; $40 USD minimum order; Delivery 10am – 6pm;
Private English-speaking guide: $55 USD per 8 hours, plus meals; PC with
