Description Comprising a
main villa and a guesthouse, Villa Andromeda is situated in the Raches
area high above the town of Skopelos. The villa is a 10-minute drive from
the harbor and enjoys a secluded location with great views of the town and
the island of Alonnisos beyond. A large terrace that includes a swimming
pool, barbecue, and sitting areas connects the two separate houses. The
terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Neither
the main house nor guesthouse is suitable for small children.

Ground floor: Kitchen with full oven with four ring stove, refrigerator,
coffeepot, kettle, toaster, and access to terrace. Large living room with
comfortable sofas and 1 built-in double bed, access to terrace. 1 bathroom
with shower. 1st Floor: 1 double bedroom with extra sofa bed, en suite
bathroom with shower. French doors leading to sun terrace. Amenities
include: CD player, barbecue, washing machine. Guest House. Lower level:
Living room. Small kitchen with small oven with two rings, refrigerator,
coffeepot, kettle, and toaster. Bathroom with shower. Upper level: spiral
staircase leads to a twin-bedded room. Amenities include: maid service
once a week, TV, CD player, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing
board. Garden area includes flowers and some natural shade. Pool with pool
terrace. The closest sandy and shingle (mix) beaches are 4.5 km (Ag.
Constandinos beach) and 6 km (Agnondas and Limnonari beaches). The town of
Skopelos, with many services, is just a kilometer away. The Skiathos
airport is about 40 minutes away by hydrofoil. Extra services available
for an extra cost: Maid service: $12 USD per day Cook service: $100 USD
per day for 2 meals plus shopping. Babysitter: $10 USD per hour, minimum 4
hours Cell phone rentals: $20 USD per day/per phone Grocery delivery: $15
USD plus shopping costs; $40 USD minimum order; Delivery 10am – 6pm
Private English-speaking guide: $55 USD per 8 hours, plus meals PC with
modem: $25 USD per day, minimum 7 days; connection time $2 USD per hour,
