sun terrace. The nearest beach is 4 k away. Tavernas, shops, and a bakery
are located in Atsipopoulo. Rethymnon (5 km) offers a full selection of
service. A rental car is required. The owner’s representative will meet
guests at their point of arrival and guide them to the villa.
Interior
Description (130m2) Two
floors. Ground floor: The entrance leads into a living room with double
sofa bed, open fireplace, satellite TV, and stereo/CD player. Off the
living room, there is an open plan dining area and well-equipped kitchen
with dishwasher, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. There is one double
bedroom and one twin-bedded room. The bedrooms share a bathroom with tub

There is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with tub, shower, and
washing machine. The bedroom opens onto a large sun terrace with views.
All windows are equipped with screens. The amenities include: housekeeping
(twice weekly), washing machine, dishwasher, stereo/CD player, and
satellite TV. Additional amenities for which there is an extra cost: extra
maid service (10 Euros for 1 hour; 30 Euros for 4 hours; 50 Euros for 8
hours), central heating (metered), air conditioning (bedrooms only;
metered), and cook service.
