Mykonos Town. Offering the height of luxury, the villa is perched on the
side of a hill (2000 m2 of grounds) overlooking the sea and Megali Ammos
beach. The lovely, sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. To the north
there is an open view of Mykonos Town and its picturesque windmills.
Outdoor amenities include a spectacular swimming pool and deck equipped
with elegant furniture and a barbecue. The villa offers complete 5-star
accommodations and services. A couple lives on site and attends to all
daily housekeeping and pool and grounds maintenance.
Interior
Description (250m2) Two
levels. Entrance level: The front door leads into the kitchen/dining room
on the left, and the living area and conservatory on the right. The
kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven,
juicer, toaster, cappuccino maker, and blender. There are two bedrooms:
one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom
(shower). There is an additional bathroom (shower). Ground level: Situated
on the same level as the swimming pool, the ground level bedrooms function
as a self-contained suite. There are two connecting bedrooms: one
twin-bedded room, and one double bedroom. The bedrooms share a bathroom
(shower). There is also a kitchenette. Upper level: There is a master
bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and tub). All entrance level and
upper level bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans; the ground level
bedrooms have standing fans. All bedrooms have mosquito nets. The
amenities include: ceiling and/or standing fans, portable heaters, airport
or port transfers on arrival/departure days, beach bags, baby bed, PC with
ISDN Internet access (adults only), fax machine (faxes are extra), errand
services (groceries, mail, newspapers, money changing, and reservations;
purchases are extra), cook services, daily housekeeping, nightly turndown
service, daily pool maintenance, daily grounds keeping, pool/beach towels,
daily towel change, linen change every 3 days, 2 stereos/CD players, 2 DVD
players, 2 satellite TVs, video conferencing facilities, security system.
Extra amenities for which there is an additional cost: laundry service,
long distance calls, faxes, babysitting (6 Euros per hour), groceries, and
