villa has large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture on each floor.
There is also a garden and swimming pool (34m2). The nearest beach is 5 km
away. The nearby village of Prines has a small grocery store. Atsipopoulo
(1 km from Prines) has a bakery, various shops, and a selection of good
tavernas. There is also bus service from Atsipopoulo to Rethymnon. A
rental car is recommended. There is parking available on the grounds. The
owner’s representative will meet guests at their point of arrival and
guide them to the villa.
Interior
Description (133m2) Two
floors. Ground floor: The entrance leads into a living room with stone
fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV, and a CD player. A stone archway leads
to an open plan well-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven and
dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi
tub and washing machine. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor.
First floor: There is a third double bedroom and one bathroom with tub.
Please note: Sofa beds may vary in size and comfort and may not be
adequate for adults. All windows are equipped with screens. The amenities
include: housekeeping (twice weekly), sub-floor heating, safety deposit
box, satellite TV, CD player, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, and
microwave. Additional amenities for which there is an extra cost includes:
extra housekeeping (10 Euros for 1 hour; 30 Euros for 4 hours; 50 Euros
for 8 hours) and cook service.
