Description Villa Pegasus
is ideally situated near the town of Skopelos (800m). The villa also
enjoys proximity to the countryside and beautiful poolside views. Thanks
to recent renovations, the villa offers spacious bedrooms and a modern,
fully equipped kitchen. The grounds and barbecue area are shared with
another villa, but the pool (located on the premises of Villa Karavos) is
for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. A rental car is recommended.
Interior
Description Two levels.
Ground Level: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining
area with full oven with four ring stove, refrigerator, coffeepot, kettle,
toaster, and washing machine. Upper level: Spiral staircase, two double
bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. Hall leads to veranda with views of
the gulf of Skopelos. Pool (4m x 10m). Amenities include: maid service
once a week, TV, CD player, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing
board. Garden area includes flowers and some natural shade. Pool with pool
terrace. There is a tennis court 1 km away, and in the town of Skopelos
there are many shops and services, including an Internet cafe. The closest
sandy and shingle (mix) beaches are 4 km (Stafylos and Velanio beaches)
and a small pebbly beach 300 meters from the house. The town of Skopelos,
with many services, is under a kilometer away. The Skiathos airport is
about 40 minutes away by hydrofoil. Extra services available for an extra
cost: Maid service: $12 USD per day Cook service: $100 USD per day for 2
meals plus shopping. Babysitter: $10 USD per hour, minimum 4 hours Cell
phone rentals: $20 USD per day/per phone Grocery delivery: $15 USD plus
