Description This
wonderful, beach-front property (4,000 m2) is located about 10 km west of
Porto Heli in an area called "Agios Emilianos", where there are
many luxury villas. The nearest small town is Kranidi. Porto Heli is a
picturesque town with a natural port, and wonderful beaches. It is located
about 175 km from Athens, on the southern coast of Argolis, just opposite
the island of Spetses.
Interior
Description (1,000 m2
total for both buildings, including terraces) Ground floor. In the larger
building, the entrance is into the living room, with a view of the sea.
There are couches and armchairs for ten people, a fireplace, a 32-inch TV,
DVD, and state-of-the-art sound system, including surround sound. On the
right of the living room there is the interior dining area with a table
for 8, and a fully equipped large kitchen with two refrigerators. On the
right are the stairs leading to the first floor, the elevator, and stairs
leading to the basement. There is a twin-bedded room with en suite
bathroom with shower and access to a terrace. First floor The master
bedroom has electric beds, a TV, a dressing room, an en suite bathroom
with shower, and a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Basement
level There are two bedrooms and a bathroom for the personnel. In addition
there is another twin bedded rooms for guests with an en suite bathroom
with shower and access to the outside patio. There is ample storage, as
well as rooms with additional refrigerators, a freezer and two washing
machines. Air-conditioning units have been installed in the rooms on the
first floor and the ground floor of each house. Entrance level. In the
smaller building, the living room is on the right, with couches for six
people, a TV and DVD. In the front there is a fully equipped kitchen. On
your left there are stairs to the first floor and the basement, and a door
leading to the two ground floor bedrooms. These bedrooms have walk-in
verandas from the outside. One bedroom has a double bed the other has twin
beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. First floor The
master bedroom has a double bed, TV, an en suite bathroom with tub and
handheld shower head, and a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea.
Basement level The basement has two twin-bedded rooms, one with windows to
the exterior and the other with a large window overlooking a small private
garden. There are also storage areas. The amenities included are the
following fans, part-time maid service, fulltime caretaker, TV, DVD, ISDN
telephone line, telephone extensions between the rooms, several cell
phones, state-of-the-art sound system with independent controls, 500 CD
changer, washing machines, and breakfast. The amenities available for an
extra cost are the following a cook. Utilities everything included, except
for water about $300 per month and telephone charges.
