from Rethymno, this modern stone and concrete villa sits above the village
streets of Asteri. It features walls decorated with stone and wood floors.
Another villa is situated next door, but both villas enjoy privacy, as
their private pools face opposite directions. Outdoor amenities include a
swimming pool (30m2) with adjoining small pool for children. Beside the
pool area there is a barbecue and stone oven. The nearest beach is 2 km
away. Villa Thalassa enjoys nice views of the sea and the countryside.
Olive groves surround the property. The nearest house is 30 m away. There
is parking available on the grounds. The owner’s representative will
meet guests at their point of arrival and guide them to the villa.
Interior
Description (120m2) Two
entrances lead into the living room: one from the covered terrace, and the
other from the rear terrace. Entering the house from either entrance leads
directly into a nice sitting area with open plan kitchen. From the
kitchen, a small hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. Here there is one
bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The first bedroom has a double bed (2m x
1.30m), air conditioning, an en suite bathroom (shower) with washing
machine, and terrace access. The second bedroom has twin beds (2m x 90cm),
air conditioning, and access to a rear terrace. The third bedroom also has
twin beds (2m x 90cm) and opens onto a covered terrace with seating (no
air conditioning). The amenities include: housekeeping (twice weekly), air
conditioning (2 bedrooms only), barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine,
satellite TV, and stereo. Additional amenities for which there is an extra
cost include: extra housekeeping (10 Euros for 1 hour; 30 Euros for 4
hours; 50 Euros for 8 hours) and cook service.
