southeastern Spanish coast rental villa near Javea is the perfect getaway,
not only because of the gorgeous pool and terraces, but because it’s
within 2 minutes’ drive of Cabo la Nao, a 116m-high cape on the very
eastern tip of Costa Blanca, where you’ll be able to take in some
fantastic panoramic views. The road to the top leads through pine forest,
typical of the region, paradise for a nature-lover or a photographer. This
vacation villa will also put you within a short drive to Javea, a charming
fishing village. The whole area is characterized by fields of oranges and
lemons, and an average of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes,
however, will keep you from baking, and a multitude of pine trees lend the
area plenty of greenery.
Location From your
five-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, a drive of 5 minutes will take you
into the heart of Javea, which is actually like three towns in one.
Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central
town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small
bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and
shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself
between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the
region, as well as a plethora of available water sports: water skiing,
surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of
discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

This lovely villa is located in a quiet area, at least 100 meters away
from any other building. From an upper terrace on the house you’ll have a
great view toward the bay of Javea as well as Montgo Mountain. The grounds
themselves are completely fenced, with a garden area and palm trees.
You’ll have a portable barbecue to do your outdoor cooking, with plenty of
seating either covered or in the open. Several of lounge chairs are also
located down by the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 2m deep).
Interior
Description (200 m2) Basement Floor: The basement floor is slightly sunken, but high
enough to have windows. It consists of an independent guest apartment with
its own entrance, making this rental nice for two families. There is one
bedroom with a queen-sized (160 cm) bed and an en suite bathroom with
toilet, sink and shower. Another simple bedroom has two (90 cm wide) twin
beds. The living room has couches and cable TV, along with an open kitchen
on one wall with a sink, oven, and washing machine. Ground Floor: The upper residence opens into a spacious
living/dining room with nice blue couches arranged around an open
fireplace and cable TV. An arch along the ceiling separates the dining
area, with a table set for four. The living room also lets out onto the
covered pool terrace, with plenty of patio furniture for outdoor dining. A
fully equipped kitchen has microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster,
and coffee machine. A patio area supplies a washing machine. Also on the
ground floor are two bedrooms, each with a pair of 80cm-wide twin beds.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. They share a single bathroom with sink,
toilet, and shower. First Floor: Fifteen stairs above the ground floor brings you to
the master bedroom, outfitted with one 140 cm standard double bed and an
en suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and tub with handheld showerhead.
This room also has access to a terrace with seating and great views.
