Location From your
three-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 5 km of all the
necessities: restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and Javea. The little
town of Javea is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as
a small fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach
area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a bay lined with white sand and a
lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you decide to take a day
trip, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24
golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora of water
sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea
also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled
with sea life are great for young and old alike, while the historic park

Located in a quiet rural area, this traditional Spanish house enjoys
lovely views of Montgo Mountain. The landscape is filled with typical
Spanish plants, primarily orange and olive trees. You’ll have plenty of
privacy here, as the next nearest building is at least 100 meters away,
and your own property is completely fenced. Your yard includes a covered
barbecue and dining area as well as a swimming pool (7m x 10m, 2m deep),
plenty of garden furniture, and closed parking for several cars.
Interior
Description (90 m2)
Ground Floor: The living/dining area, decorated in reddish-orange
upholstery and wood, has a living area with two couches, a fireplace,
lovely exposed beam ceilings, and satellite TV. The dining table seats
four. An independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
coffee machine, oven, toaster, and plenty of counter space, while an
adjacent laundry room provides you with the convenience of a washing
machine. There are also three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a small
queen-sized bed (150 cm; 160 cm is standard); the second and third
bedrooms each have two twin (90 cm wide) beds. A single bathroom has a
toilet, sink, and tub with handheld showerhead.
