southeastern Spanish coast rental villa near Javea puts you in the
residential area of Cabo la Nao, a 116m-high cape on the very eastern tip
of Costa Blanca offering fantastic panoramic views. The road to the top
leads through pine forest, typical of the region, ideal for nature lovers
or photographers. You’ll also be within a short drive to Javea, a charming
fishing village. The area is characterized by fields of oranges and
lemons, and an average of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes,
however, will keep you from baking, and a multitude of pine trees lend the
area plenty of greenery.
Location From your
two-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you can easily reach the local
supermarket and bus stop with a five minute walk on foot. A drive of 10
minutes will take you into the heart of Javea, which is actually like
three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it
now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where
you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for
strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find
yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis
courts in the region, as well as a variety of available water sports:
water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number
of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

private villa is situated in a wooded residential area, surrounded by a
lovely private garden and trees. The property is fenced to ensure maximum
privacy, and you’ll love having outdoor meals, cooking in the outdoor
barbeque, or lounging in the poolside chairs. The private swimming pool
measures 9m x 4m.
Interior
Description (90 m2)
Ground Floor: The ground floor on this villa is actually five steps
higher than true ground level, as there is a basement level used by the
owners for private storage. The living space opens into a lovely living
room with couches and chairs around a fireplace and satellite TV. An open
dining room, adjacent, has a table for four arranged in front of a
half-circle of windows adorned with draperies. An independent kitchen is
fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, washing machine,
refrigerator, and toaster. One bedroom has two 90 cm-wide twin beds, while
the second bedroom has a second set of twin beds joined together to form a
queen-sized (160 cm) bed. They share one bathroom with toilet, sink, and
shower; in another part of the house there is also a single guest WC with
sink.
