wooded area, 200 meters from a protected nature reserve, you’ll love the
gorgeous views of the sea from the terrace or pool. Lounge around your
private pool or explore the surrounding areas: the beaches (rocky and
sandy), mountaintop lookout vistas, and the quaint fishing village of
Javea (which has grown a bit in modern times). Regardless of what you
decide to do, we’re sure you’ll enjoy the local average of 300 days of sun

Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 3 km of all the necessities:
restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and beautiful Granadella beach. 6 km by
car will take you into Javea, which is actually like three villages in
one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy
central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a
small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and
shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself
between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the
region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing,
surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of
discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

This lovely villa sits in the midst of a wooded area and looks across the
bay of Javea and the sea. At least 50 meters separates you from your
neighbors, and a fenced garden provides extra privacy. Here you’ll find
everything you need for outdoor leisure and dining: a covered terrace with
portable barbecue, a covered outdoor “summer kitchen” with stove,
refrigerator, and dining area, and your own private pool (4m x 8m).
Interior
Description (80 m2) Ground Floor: There are about 20 steps from the outside area
(terrace and summer kitchen) to the ground floor of the house. Here you’ll
find a living/dining room with a couch, table for four, satellite TV, and
a large window from which you can take in an amazing panoramic view. A
corner kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, and toaster. There are
also two bedrooms: the first has a king-sized bed (180 cm wide), while the
second has a small150 cm queen bed (160cm is standard). The bedrooms share
one bathroom, with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine. First Floor: While the rooms on this floor are closed during the
rental season, the parking is on this level and you have access to the
ground floor (20 steps down).
