Location From your
four-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 2 km of a
supermarket and a bus stop (though renting a car is strongly recommended)
and within 3 km of a rocky beach. 10 km by car will take you into the
heart of Javea, which has grown from a simple fishing village to form
“three towns in one.” In addition to the fishing area, it has a cozy
central town and a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small
bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and
shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself
between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the
region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing,
surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of
discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

This lovely villa is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by
greenery, 100 meters removed from any other residences. Your gardens are
fenced for extra privacy and security, landscaped with stone patio, palms,
and pine trees. You’ll have a terrace as well as a barbeque area, with
plenty of furniture for outdoor dining and lounging by the private
swimming pool (8m x 4m, 2m deep). There is private parking for your car.
Interior
Description (140 m2)
Ground Floor: Five steps lead up to the ground floor entrance, which
opens into a lovely kitchen decorated in pistachio, equipped with
microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, toaster, and a breakfast
nook for four. Here you’ll also find a bathroom with sink, toilet, and
shower. Four steps descend through an open arch into the living room,
where you’ll find tiled terra cotta floors, a corner couch, and a
traditional-style fireplace—along with satellite TV and access to the
poolside terrace. Through another open doorway you’ll find a modern-style
dining room with seating for eight and views of the pool. Branching off of
the living/dining room are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin
beds, each 90cm wide; the second bedroom has two 85 cm-wide beds joined as
one large queen-sized bed; the third bedroom has two large 90 cm-wide twin
beds and access to the terrace; finally, the fourth bedroom has one
standard double (140 cm) bed. Between the bedrooms there is also a
bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
