quiet residential area, five minutes’ drive from local shopping and El
Arenal beach.
Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 5 km of all the necessities:
restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and Javea. The little town of Javea
is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple
fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area
known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a
lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer
day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are
24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a variety of water
sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea
also has several discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with
sea life are great for young and old alike, while the historic theme park

This newly-built villa has views of Montgo Mountain and the surrounding
area. With a totally fenced plot of land, you’ve got plenty of privacy, as
there are no other buildings nearer than 50 meters and you are surrounded
by hedges. You’ll have your own private L-shaped pool (4m x 8m, 1.7m
deep), a garden and lawn area, covered terrace, and barbeque area, all
with plenty of furniture for lounging and dining.
Interior
Description (140 m2) Ground Floor: Enter into a living room furnished with comfortable
couches, a CD player, and satellite TV. An open kitchen is fully equipped
with microwave, dishwasher, oven, and toaster. The indoor dining area has
a nice wooden table with seating for six. Outdoors, there is a covered
terrace as well as an open kitchen/barbeque area. Also on the ground floor
are two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm-wide twin beds. One bathroom has a
sink, toilet, and shower, while a second bathroom has sink, toilet, and
tub with handheld showerhead. First Floor: 10 steps take you to the first floor, where you’ll
find one bedroom with a small queen-sized bed (150 cm; 160 cm is
standard), and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
