magnificent views of the Mediterranean from the terraces of your own
southeastern Spanish coast rental villa. This Costa Blanca villa is near
the sea, as well as a short drive to Javea, the closest village. The
surrounding area is characterized by fields of oranges and lemons, and an
average of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes, however, will
keep you from baking, and a multitude of pine trees lend the area plenty
of greenery.
Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, a drive of 15 minutes on a paved road will take
you into the heart of Javea, which is actually like three villages in one.
Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central
town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small
bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and
shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself
between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the
region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing,
surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of
discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

Exterior
Description (800 m2) This
independent, tower-shaped villa is built on two levels, offering fantastic
views of the sea. There are about fifteen steps from the parking place to
the entrance of the villa. The closest adjacent property is 50 meters
away, but there is plenty of privacy: the grounds are completely fenced,
surrounded by trees, bushes, and various plants. You’ll have your own
private outdoor area, with a portable barbeque and an outdoor fireplace
with chimney. There are plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor dining, as
well as lounge chairs for poolside sunning. Your private pool measures 8m
x 4m, with a depth of 1.7 meters. At the bottom of the steps up to the
villa, there are spaces for two cars as well as a laundry room with a
washing machine.
Interior
Description (120 m2) Ground Floor: On the ground floor you’ll enter into a living/dining
room with couches and coffee table arranged in front of a satellite TV. On
either side windows open to admit a cool ocean breeze. The dining area has
a table with seating for six near a fireplace. Doors from the dining area
open onto a covered terrace for outside dining. A kitchen is fully
equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and microwave. The ground
floor also has one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Adjacent is a
bathroom with toilet and shower. First Floor: About 18 steps take you to the first floor, where
you’ll find three bedrooms and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and
bathtub with handheld showerhead. The first bedroom has one 90 cm-wide
twin bed; the second room has two 90 cm-wide beds, and the third room has
one 150 cm small queen-size bed (slightly smaller than the standard 160
cm).
