lookout vistas, and the quaint fishing village of Javea (which has grown a
bit in modern times). This lovely villa rental is located in a quiet
residential area, only a kilometer away from La Barraca, a great sandy
beach with opportunities for snorkeling and other seaside activities.
Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 3 km of all the necessities:
restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and Javea. This little beachside
town is actually like three villages in one. Though it began as a simple
fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area
known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a
lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer
day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are
24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as opportunities for
water sports of all kinds: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving,
snorkeling, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all
night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old
alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between

This quiet villa offers fantastic views of the sea, the bay of Javea, and
Montgo Mountain. With a totally fenced plot of land, you’ve got plenty of
privacy, as there are no other buildings nearer than 500 meters. You’ll
have your own private pool (4m x 8m, 2m deep), a garden and lawn area,
covered terrace, and barbeque area, all with lots of garden and dining
furniture. You also have access to a garage and closed parking.
Interior
Description (160 m2) Ground Floor: The ground floor of this villa actually serves as an
independent “guest” apartment for two people. One bedroom has two large
(105cm wide) single beds. An en suite bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub
with handheld showerhead. There is also a living room with an extra
fridge. First Floor: 10 outdoor steps lead up to the first floor, or the
main house of the villa. Here you’ll enter into a spacious living/dining
room with open beam ceilings, a fireplace, satellite TV, and two couches.
The dining table, on the other end of the room, seats six. A lovely
kitchen, decorated in yellow cabinets with green trim, is fully equipped
with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and coffee machine. A
patio area has a washing machine. The sleeping area of the villa has four
bedrooms, each sleeping two people. The first bedroom has two 90 cm-wide
twin beds; the second room has two large 105 cm-wide beds; the third room
has two 87 cm-wode twin beds; and finally, the fourth bedroom has two
large 105 cm-wide beds, which joined together can form one large king-size
bed. This last room has an en suite bathroom with two sinks, toilet, and
tub with handheld showerhead. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom
with a toilet, sink, and shower. The first floor also has a large covered
terrace with table, chairs, and great views in several directions. Another
fifteen steps takes you to a second, rooftop terrace with, needless to
say, even better views of the sea and the mountains.
