want to spend plenty of time barbequing or swimming at your Costa Blanca
vacation villa, but taking in the local sights is also a must. Explore the
surrounding areas: beaches (rocky and sandy), mountaintop lookout vistas,
and the quaint fishing village of Javea (which has grown a bit in modern
times). This lovely villa rental is located in a quiet residential area,
only a kilometer away from Ambolo beach and within walking distance of the
nearest restaurant and supermarket.
Location From your
four-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 2 km of all the
necessities: restaurants, a supermarket, and the small, rocky Ambolo
beach. A bus stop 500 meters away from your villa leaves twice a day to
Javea, or you can drive the 7 km yourself by car. This little beachside
town is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple
fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area
known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a
lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you decide to take a day
trip, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24
golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as opportunities for water
sports of all kinds: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, snorkeling,
and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two
water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old alike, while
the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between "medieval

Exterior
Description (800 m2) This
traditional Spanish style villa has a great garden area, completely fenced
and 50 meters removed from any other buildings. Here you’ll be able to
lounge in the sun by the private swimming pool (5m x 10m) or sit at a
patio table under an umbrella and relax with drinks. The pool has both
steps and a ladder, and is surrounded by both patio and lawn, along with
several large palm trees. For outdoor dining you have a portable barbecue
and dining table under a covered terrace. On the other side of the villa
there is closed, covered parking for four cars.
Interior
Description (120 m2)
Ground Floor: A living/dining room in browns and blues has a couple of
couches, a dining table for six, and satellite TV. Air conditioning here
is available at an extra cost. The kitchen is equipped with all the
necessities and then some: microwave, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. The
sleeping area of the villa consists of four rooms. The first room contains
a 90 cm-wide single bed; the second and third rooms each have two 90
cm-wide twin beds, combined to form king-size beds. The fourth bedroom has
a 150 cm small queen bed (160 cm is standard). Between these four rooms
there are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, sink, and tub with
handheld showerhead; the other bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
There is also another separate WC.
