southeastern Spanish coast rental villa near Javea is the perfect getaway,
not only because of the gorgeous pool and terraces, but because it’s
within a short drive of Cabo la Nao, a 116m-high cape on the very eastern
tip of Costa Blanca, where you’ll be able to take in some fantastic
panoramic views. The road to the top leads through pine forest, typical of
the region, paradise for a nature-lover or a photographer. You will also
enjoy the nearest beach, La Barraca, wonderful for swimming or snorkeling.
The whole area is characterized by fields of oranges and lemons, with an
average of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes, however, will
keep you from baking, and a multitude of pine trees lend the area plenty
of greenery.
Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, a drive of 7 km will take you into the heart of
Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as
a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a
beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white
sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to
take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante.
There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora
of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving,
snorkeling, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all
night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old
alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights

Exterior
Description (800 m2) The
most notable feature of this villa is its three-level tower-terrace, open
on the ground and first floors via beautiful rounded arches. A spiral
staircase leads up to the top level, where you have an open terrace
surrounded by railings and beautiful views of the surrounding area. This
beautiful villa is located in the midst of a quiet residential area, and
both the fenced property and distance from other houses ensures privacy.
Here you’ll have your own garden with lawn and palm trees, a built-in
barbeque, a private swimming pool (4m x 9m, 2.1m deep), and outside
parking for two cars. All the garden furniture you need provides room for
dining or lounging out of doors.
Interior
Description (100 m2) Ground Floor: The ground floor has its own entrance, separate from
the main villa upstairs. It contains one bedroom with two twin beds joined
together to form a king sized (180 cm) bed, and has access to a covered
terrace. There is also an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
First Floor: Stairs on the outside of the house lead up to the
first floor, the main villa, where you’ll enter into a living/dining room
with large couches arranged around an open fireplace and satellite TV. At
the opposite end of the room, the dining table has seating for six. The
floor is stone tile accented with large, beautiful rugs and stained-wood
frames around the windows. The kitchen is equipped with microwave,
dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and toaster. Two bedrooms each have a
pair of 90 cm-wide twin beds. They share a bathroom with sink, toilet, and
tub with handheld showerhead. Additionally, there is another separate WC.
Outside stairs lead to the rooftop terrace.
