southeastern Spanish coast rental villa puts you within walking distance
of Javea’s most famous view: from the lighthouse of Cap Negre, the most
easterly point of the Iberian Peninsula. On a clear day, you can even see
the Balearic island of Ibiza. This vacation villa will also put you within
a short drive to Javea, the closest village. The area is characterized by
fields of oranges and lemons, and an average of 300 days of sun per year.
Cool ocean breezes, however, will keep you from baking, and a multitude of
pine trees lend the area plenty of greenery.
Location From your
Spanish vacation villa, a drive of 15 minutes will take you into the heart
of Javea, which is actually more like three villages in one. Although it
began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well
as a beach area called Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with
white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care
to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and
Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a
plethora of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing,
diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night.
Two water parks filled with aquatic life are great for young and old
alike, while the historic theme park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights

This lovely villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of
a very quiet, wooded area. The house itself is surrounded by verdant lawn
and gardens, fenced, making this an idea choice for any family with
children. The closest building to this residence is at least 50 meters
away. You’ll have your own barbecue and outside kitchen, along with garden
furniture and lounge chairs. A covered terrace provides room for leisurely
outdoor dining. Cool off in the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.8m deep)
when the midday sun gets too hot.
Interior
Description (100 m2)
Ground Floor: Enter into a spacious living/dining room with plenty of
couch space around an open fireplace and satellite TV. The dining table
provides seating for six. An open doorway leads into a small kitchen,
equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The master
bedroom has a king-sized (180 cm) bed and an en suite bathroom with sink,
toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead. A second bedroom has a small
queen-sized bed (150 cm; standard size is 160 cm) and a separate, adjacent
bathroom with toilet, sink, and tub with handheld showerhead. The house
also includes an outdoor covered terrace for “al fresco” dining, complete
with a built-in barbecue and kitchen counter with sink.
