Spanish vacation in this gorgeous southeastern coast rental villa. This is
the perfect getaway, not only because of the private pool and terraces,
but because you’ll also have private access to the rocks of Cabo la Nao, a
116 meter-high cape on the very eastern tip of Costa Blanca. Views from
your villa look out over some fantastic panoramic views of the ocean, and
nearby you can enjoy a pine forest, typical of the region. You’ll also be
within a short drive of Javea, a charming fishing village. The whole area
is characterized by fields of oranges and lemons, and an amazing average
of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes, however, will keep you
from baking, and the pine trees lend the area plenty of greenery.
Location From your
four-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within walking distance of
the local supermarket, a tennis court, and restaurants. A drive of 5
minutes will take you into the heart of Javea, which is actually like
three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it
now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where
you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for
strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find
yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis
courts in the region, as well as a plethora of water sports available:
water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number
of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

This lovely villa offers fantastic views of the sea and coast of Cabo la
Nao from the house as well as the terrace and fenced garden. 100 meters
from the nearest property, the back yard is stunning with a covered
terrace and dining area and a patio around a large freeform swimming pool
(roughly 10m x 5m, 2m deep). The garden leading towards the sea is
uniquely landscaped with gravel, palms, pines, and a perimeter of
well-kept hedges. There is also a barbeque area and furniture for outdoor
dining or lounging by the pool and private, closed parking for several
cars. If you feel adventurous, you can walk on the rocks all the way to
the sea, where you’ll find yourself on an outcropping 200 meters above the
water (obviously there is no beach here!).
Interior
Description (180 m2) Ground Floor: The first floor is about five steps up from ground
level outside (there is a basement which has access to the garage, but it
is closed for storage). You’ll enter into a large, beautiful living room
with three couches, a fireplace, satellite TV, and windows framed in
stained wood. The adjacent dining room is circular, mirrored wonderfully
in a large round dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully
equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine,
and a breakfast table for four. From the kitchen there is also access to
the covered outdoor barbecue area, with counter and grill. Also on the
ground floor you’ll have one bedroom, with a 180 cm-wide king-sized bed.
Adjacent is a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Finally, outside by
the pool there is a shower room with toilet and washing machine. First Floor: Up a flight of stairs you’ll find more sleeping
spaces, with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size (180 cm)
bed, and an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and tub with handheld
showerhead. From this bedroom you have access to the balcony. The second
bedroom has two 90 cm-wide twin beds, while the third room has a king-size
(180 cm wide) bed. They share a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
