Explore the surrounding area of Costa Blanca: the beaches (rocky and

Javea (which has grown a bit in modern times). This lovely villa rental is
in the midst of a quiet wooded area, ensuring privacy and calm. From
terraces along the house, as well as the amazing infinity pool, you’ll
also have stunning, unimpeded views of the ocean and the rocky hillsides
leading down into it.
Location From your
two-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 2 km of a supermarket
and a bus stop (though renting a car is strongly recommended) and within 3
km of a rocky beach. 10 km by car will take you into the heart of Javea,
which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a
simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach
area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand
and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to take
longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante.
There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora
of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and
more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water
parks filled with sea life are great for young and old alike, while the
historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting battles between "medieval

This rental villa is situated in a residential area with literally nothing
but air between you and a marvelous view of the sea and the Spanish
coastline. Only the ground level of the villa is rented out, but there are
no other residents on the upper floor, so you have the area to yourself.
The property around the villa is completely fenced, with its own garden
and lawn with palm trees. There are also terraces with plenty of furniture
for dining and lounging, and an outdoor kitchen with barbeque. Best of
all, you have a gorgeous infinity swimming pool (9m x 5m) that seems to
extend out into the ocean itself.
Interior
Description (60 m2)
Ground Floor: Enter into a rounded, open-plan living/dining area, with
couches, a table for four, and stools at a breakfast bar that looks into
the kitchen. This area is also equipped with air conditioning and
satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven,
refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. There are two bedrooms, each with
one standard double bed (140 cm), as well as two bathrooms, each with
sink, toilet, and shower. The pool area also has its own WC.
