picture-perfect Spanish vacation in this amazing southeastern coast rental
villa. Right on the side of a verdant, rocky ocean promontory, you’ll be
presented with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Descubridor
at every turn. And with direct access to the sea, as well as a private
pool, you may not ever want to leave this vacation villa! However, we
think you’ll be able to pull yourself away long enough to explore the
surrounding area of Costa Blanca: the beaches (rocky and sandy),
mountaintop lookout vistas, and the quaint fishing village of Javea (which
has grown a bit in modern times).
Location From your
two-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within a five minute drive
of Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began
as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a
beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white
sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. Of course, there
are all the normal necessities available, like supermarkets and
restaurants. If you decide to take a day trip or two, you’ll find yourself
between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the
region, as well as a tons of water sports along the beach: water skiing,
surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of
discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are
great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers

Only the ground floor is rented on this villa, making it a great place for
a family or two couples. The upstairs floors are closed during rental, so
you’ll still have the privacy and the facilities of a large estate, while
having an intimate living area.. Not only do you have fantastic views from
virtually everywhere, you have access to a private swimming pool (8m x
4m), a fenced garden, and various terraces (covered and open) with
furniture for outside dining and lounging. Private steps lead down the
rocks to the sea.

Ground Floor: This is the perfect villa for two couples or a family
with older children. You will enter into a small living/dining room, with
a couch and a couple of armchairs along with a satellite TV. Beside the
sitting area is a dining table with seating for four, and a rounded
open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, stove, coffee maker, and
toaster. Two bedrooms each have a pair of twin beds (90 cm wide) that can
be joined to form king-size beds upon request. They share one bathroom
with toilet, sink, and shower.
