outside El Campello (2 km), north of Alicante (10 km). Situated on the
south side of a small hill, the villa features magnificent architecture
and stylish, modern decor. Its three floors are connected by a tower
staircase. The entire front of the villa is glass, offering an incredible
view of the sky, sea, and garden. The beach is 500 m away. The property
enjoys beautiful panoramic views of the sea, Playa San Juan, Playa
Muchavista, and the beautiful town of Alicante. The outdoor amenities
include a terraced garden, a lawn, and numerous covered and open terraces
(including a roof solarium). There is garden furniture and a barbecue. The
chlorine-free swimming pool (4.5m x 17m) has two staircases and a bridge.
There is also a Jacuzzi, a small pool for children, and an outside shower.
There is a 2 car garage connected to the house, plus one additional
parking spot on the grounds. The nearest train station is 400 m from the
villa. Shops and restaurants (500m) are within easy reach. There are night
clubs and casinos in Benidorm (25 km). Valencia (170 km), Granada (350
km), and the Sierra Nevada (400 km) are accessible by train or car.
Interior
Description (450m2) Three
floors. Ground floor: There is an open plan living/dining room (130 m2)
and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and
Cuisinart. Living room amenities include a satellite TV, DVD player, and
stereo. Doors lead out to the furnished pool terrace. First floor: There
is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower). There are two
additional large double bedrooms, one full bathroom (shower), and one
built-in office unit with PC, telephone, fax machine, and Internet access.
Lower ground floor: There is one very large bedroom/sitting room, one
bathroom (shower), and one large party/fitness room. Here there is also a
washing machine and dryer plus a bodega. Amenities include: TV, DVD
player, stereo, washing machine, dryer, sub floor heating, air
conditioning, pool and garden maintenance, and safety glass. Additional
amenities for which there is an extra cost: housekeeping (12 Euros per
hour).
