Legoland is only 10 minutes and San Diego attractions are an easy drive, most within 20-30 minutes. Del Mar is only 10 minutes. Disneyland is only a little over an hour away, the Wild Animal Park is about 40 minutes. You can take surfing lessons during the summer right on the beach!

Beautiful quiet residential neighborhood, located on a one-way street.
The house is ocean front and has plenty of privacy. Very secure, with a
locked gate entrance, remote controlled garage for easy access to the
house. The beach access is a gentle winding path, only steps from the
house, (not steep stairs) as the other local beaches have.
