Warning to any/all tourists planning on visiting the area of Bangor in Wales. During our recent tour We had the misfortune of dealing with a very unscrupulous and dishonest business owner of a small B&B. We had reservations and showed up on a cold rainy morning and was greeted with anything but a welcoming. After driving all the way from Manchester England, we were turned away. The owner, a paranoid woman said she had cancelled our reservations, but never sent any notice. When I, personally, questioned her odd behavior, she went into her home and called the police. We were all shocked and had never experienced such contemptuous treatment. After chatting with the police, which were anything but courteous, we were informed that she was not a sane person and that we should just leave. It was not a good day for us or tourism in general. Our company's goal is seek out the best the world of tourism offers and this B&B is definitely not a place you would want to stay.
